Cpl. Stephen M. McGowan
Army Cpl. Stephen M. McGowan 26, of Newark, Delaware died in Ar Ramadi, Iraq when an improvised explosive device detonated near his patrol. He was assigned to the 1st Infantry Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, Fort Carson, Colorado. He died on March 4, 2005.
