Staff Sgt. Nathaniel B. Lindsey, 38, of Troutdale, Ore., died on Sept. 9 2006 in Shajoy, Afghanistan, of injuries sustained when his HMMWV encountered undetermined ordnance from enemy forces during patrol operations.
