Spc. Harley D. Andrews
Army Spc. Harley D. Andrews 22, of Weimar, Calif.; assigned to the 54th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, Warner Barracks, Bamberg, Germany; died on Sept. 11 2006 in Ramadi, Iraq, of injuries suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle during combat operations.
