Maj. Curtis D. Feistner
Army Maj. Curtis D. Feistner 34, of White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Feistner was on board the MH-47 aircraft that crashed at sea in the southern Philippines. He was assigned to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He died on February 21, 2002.
